1. Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. Your date is not reserved until the deposit has been received and confirmed. Krehm reserves the right to accept other bookings for the same date until the deposit is received.

2. Final Payment

The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before your event date. A QuickBooks invoice will be sent to the email address provided at booking. Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit. Krehm will make reasonable attempts to contact you prior to any cancellation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit but incur no additional fees. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are subject to the full contract amount being due, as ingredients and staffing will have been arranged. In the event Krehm must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments will be issued.

4. Dessert Selection & Quantities

The dessert selection and piece counts confirmed at booking are final. Changes to quantities or items may be requested up to 14 days before the event, subject to availability and may affect pricing. A minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 24 pieces per dessert type applies to all orders.

5. Delivery & Setup

Drop-off service includes delivery and table setup within a 30-mile radius of Lehi, UT at no additional charge. Delivery outside this radius requires prior arrangement and may incur additional fees. Full on-site service includes staffing for the duration of service and is priced at a 20% premium. Client is responsible for ensuring adequate space and access for setup.

6. Food Safety & Allergies

All Krehm desserts are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. While we take care to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. It is the client's responsibility to communicate allergy information in advance. Krehm Events is not liable for allergic reactions where allergen information was not disclosed.

7. Liability

Krehm is not responsible for damage to desserts or displays that occurs after delivery and setup is complete, including damage caused by weather, guests, or venue conditions. Client assumes responsibility for the dessert table and its contents once setup is complete.

8. Photography & Marketing

Krehm reserves the right to photograph dessert tables for portfolio and marketing use unless the client provides written notice of objection prior to the event date.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.

10. Agreement
